Working on My Kilo

We had a warm day on February 16, 2023. I decided to take advantage of the weather On my lunch break, I went to the Nashua River Rail Trail (K-8396) and activated the park. I have been trying to work 1000 contacts to earn my Kilo Award for Parks on the Air. I made 33 Contacts today activating the park. This was all done within and hours time frame. As of today I have 528 contacts, so I am just over halfway to earn the Kilo Award. I’ve done 17 activations at this park. N1JUR and I are going to continue to activate this park until we each get close to 1000 contacts. When we are close, we are going to activate it one last time together, so we both get the Kilo Award at the same time. So far no one has done 1000 contacts at this park.
